Too much magnesium in it can create an imbalance between calcium and magnesium in the blood, which can have adverse effects on the cardiovascular system.

Ayurveda expert Dr BN Sinha explained, “Technically, not only bananas, but any fruit should be avoided on an empty stomach. Nowadays it is difficult to get natural fruits. What we buy is artificially born and should not be eaten in the morning. As a result, it is harmful due to the presence of chemicals. One way to avoid eating fruits directly is to mix them with other foods. ”
